This mixed-use development is adjacent to a commuter rail station on the site of a bank and its parking lot. The project consists of 5,400SF of divisible commercial space on the ground floor and 37 modular dwelling units above. The design proposes a combination of surface parking and automated subterranean parking. The design of the building is inspired by rail cars; the building form can be described as a series of stacked cars.
