This second floor addition and remodeling of a pre-war ranch house seamlessly matches the new and existing elements of the structure that reinterprets the traditional Cape Cod style.
The massing of the home respects that of its smaller neighbors by employing a considerable step back from the first to second floors. A new gable end roof was added over the existing dining room to tie the new and existing elements together and complete the composition.
