white dog development

Alexander Elias Architecture provided design, code analysis and tenant improvement plans for several mixed-use buildings in North Dakota. The projects ranged in size and included a variety of industrial and commercial uses. The typical building consisted of several large industrial garage spaces, ground floor commercial offices with one or more dwelling units above the offices. These buildings provided a base of operations for out of state oil services companies.
